S. D. P. Sr. Sec. School, Hazuri Road, Ludhiana proudly celebrated the international yoga day on 21st June 2025 with great enthusiasm and participation from students, teachers and staff with the theme of “ Yoga for one Earth, One Health”. The event aimed to spread awareness about the importance of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being. A yoga expert team was invited to guide students through various asanas (Postures), pranayama (Breathing exercises) and meditation techniques. More than 250 students from classes 6th to 12th actively participated in yoga session, show easing discipline. Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin (President) appreciated the efforts of students and teachers. Sh. Jasveer Singh (Principal) appreciated the active participation of the students and teachers and urge to make yoga a regular part of life for better health and harmony.
